MUSTON–RAGLAN, MOSMAN

A LOCAL RESIDENT CAMPAIGN

8 STOREYS?
NOT HERE.

Stop the proposed Muston–Raglan mega-lot.

Around 110 dwellings across nine properties. Concurrent rezoning sought. We’re local residents opposing the proposed scale and building an informed community response.

Mondo Developments Pty Ltd.

Published concept:
Eight storeys and approximately 110 dwellings, with concurrent rezoning.

OUR POSITION

A neighbourhood.
Not a super-site.

We oppose the proposed eight-storey scale and are seeking refusal or withdrawal of the Muston–Raglan proposal.

Our response starts with public documents, residents’ first-hand knowledge and specific questions that the applicant and assessment authorities need to answer. We want the proposal’s controls, alternatives and local impacts clearly explained and properly tested.

02 / LATEST POSITION

What has happened.
What comes next.

Updated 19 October 2026.

We date our checks and distinguish official records from campaign interpretation. An official application reference and public document package are still being sought.

Check the official Portal
  1. HDA briefing records the concept

Item 16 describes the proposed eight-storey, approximately 110-dwelling scheme and concurrent rezoning.

  2. SSD declaration published

Order No 10 declares the development State significant. It was signed on 31 August. This is a declaration, not development consent.

  3. No matching public application identified

The campaign checked all 44 Mosman results across five Portal pages. No matching Muston–Raglan application, issued SEARs, EIS or exhibition deadline was established. This does not prove no private request or preparation exists.

05 / COMMON QUESTIONS

A few things worth knowing.

Has this development been approved?

The SSD declaration is confirmed. It is not development consent. The campaign’s 19 October review did not establish a matching public application, consent or exhibition deadline. Any later official record should be checked for changes.

Can I make a formal objection now?

We have not verified an open formal exhibition for this proposal. You can join the campaign and contribute local knowledge now. When participation arrangements are confirmed, formal submissions should use the correct application reference and official process. Contacting this campaign is not a formal objection.

Is this the same as the other Muston or Redan projects?

No. The developments at 58–64 Muston, 65 Muston, 40–48 Redan and 50–56 Redan are separate. Their designs, figures, application stages and deadlines must not be transferred to this proposal. Our declared addresses are listed above.

Can I help without sharing my photos publicly?

Yes. The resident form states that contributions are reviewed privately and that the campaign will ask before sharing them. You can also use the contact form to discuss how you want material handled.
